Personalization: Each backpack and harness includes one complimentary embroidered name patch per item. Name patches attach with durable Velcro and can be easily added, removed, or updated as needed. Patches are interchangeable between compatible products. Choosse between black or white thread and Script or Block font.

Returns & Personalization: Backpacks and harnesses remain eligible for return in accordance with our return policy. Complimentary embroidered name patches are personalized and non-returnable.
