Free Shipping -Free standard shipping on all orders $75 and over (excluding oversized items). Oversized items, such as the Leaf Lounge Dog Bed, ship separately with a flat rate of $14.95 and are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Embroidered items take and additional 1-3 days for processing.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes The Planted Pup by Robin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages The Planted Pup by Robin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
