Each month, we highlight a member of our community who embodies the heart of The Planted Pup by Robin — the joy, comfort, and connection that dogs (and plants) bring into our lives.

Scarlette

Favorite pastime

Scarlette is an 11 yr. old Yorkshire Terrier. Her favorite pastime is finding a cozy spot on the top of the couch curled up for a peaceful nap, and of course getting all the cuddles and treats she deserves. At this stage in her life, she has perfected the art of slowing down and enjoying the little things.

Marley

Favorite pastime

Marley is a 5 month old Chichuahua/ Rat Terrier mix. She loves to play, explore, run, and get into whatever is happening. She’s curious, energetic, and always ready to turn an ordinary moment into something fun.

How they've made my life better

Scarlette has been by my side for so many years and has been part of so many different chapters of my life. She has taught me what unconditional love, loyalty, patience, and companionship truly look like. As she’s gotten older, I’ve grown even more appreciative of the slow moments with her. The new adventures, the way she still keeps up with me, and simply having her presence in our home. She isn’t just my dog; she’s family, and she has helped shape the love I have for dogs today.

Marley came into my life at such a different stage than Scarlette, and she has brought a completely new energy into our home. She keeps me on my toes and reminds me to laugh, play, be present, and enjoy the chaos that comes with puppyhood. Watching her personality develop has been so much fun, and seeing her learn from Scarlette makes their relationship even more special. She has brought another layer of happiness and love into our family.

Sharing the brand with Scarlette, my sweet senior girl, and Marley, my playful puppy, makes it even more special. They’re at different stages of life with very different personalities, yet each gets to show off her own style.
